By accessing and using the services of Cutz & Curlz Hair & Beauty Salon, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services or website.
2. Services Disclaimer
We strive to provide elite hair and beauty services. However, results may vary based on individual hair types, conditions, and previous treatments. Our stylists will provide professional recommendations, but ultimate service decisions are made by the client.
3. Appointments & Cancellations
We respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the appointment time to other clients. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a non-refundable deposit for future bookings.
4. Pricing
All prices listed on our website and in our salon are subject to change without notice. Pricing for certain services (e.g., color, keratin) is variable and may be adjusted based on hair length, thickness, and the complexity of the requested results.
5. Refunds & Satisfaction
At Cutz & Curlz Hair & Beauty Salon, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 7 days of your appointment so we can discuss potential adjustments. We do not offer cash refunds for services rendered.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cutz & Curlz Hair & Beauty Salon and its employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or products.
7. User Conduct
We maintain a professional and respectful environment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves in a disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate manner toward our staff or other clients.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
