Q. Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are always welcome! However, for complex color services or specific stylists, we recommend booking in advance via our online portal.
Q. How long do services take?
Haircuts typically take 30-45 minutes. Color services range from 2 to 5 hours depending on the complexity and desired transformation.
Q. Keratin aftercare basics?
To maintain results, use sulfate-free products and avoid washing your hair for 48-72 hours post-treatment. We carry specialized products in-salon.
Q. How can I make my color last?
Wash with cold water, use professional UV-protection products, and minimize heat styling. Regular gloss treatments every 6 weeks also help.
Q. What is your booking policy?
We value your time and ours. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid potential fees.
